Vienna in city bike 2012

Abbiamo prenotato l'albergo per Vienna un paio di settimane fa con booking.com. Il periodo in cui abbiamo visitato la città era piuttosto gettonato e non abbiamo avuto molte possibilità di scelta. Inoltre, arrivando da aeroporti diversi abbiamo prenotato i biglietti su due siti: lastminute.it e con govolo.it. Quest'ultimo ci ha dato dei problemi con la carta, non sono stati tempestivi nel confermare la prenotazion del volo ed alla fine abbiamo dovuto pagare con bonifico bancario ed attendere la conferma di ricezione del versamento (roba che succedeva dieci anni fa insomma), per cui lo sconsigliamo: noi proveremo a riutilizzarlo, se capita, tra almeno un anno perché ci sembra che ancora non offra un servizio soddisfacente.

We booked the hotel in Vienna a couple of weeks ago with booking.com. The days we chosed for visiting the city were quite crowded so we had little choice. Moreover, coming from different airports, we had to book ticket flights on two different websites: lastminute.it and govolo.it. The latter gave us some problems with the credit card, it was not fast in confirming the flight reservation and we had to pay by bank transfer and to wait for payement confirmation receipt... we don't recommend it :-/

Se volete prendere un caffè e magari un dolce in un atmosfera romantica di metà Ottocento non potete mancare la sosta al Café Central. L'architettura del Café è appunto in stile romantico ed è considerato il caffè più famoso di Vienna. Si trova in Herrengasse 14.

If you want to get a coffee and maybe a cake in a romantic atmosphere of the mid nineteenth century you can't miss a stop at the Café Central. The architecture of the Café is romantic style and it is considered the most famous café in Vienna. It is located in Herrengasse 14.
